I can only order one product at a time – is it coming in multiple shipments when i order more than one product? 

Due to the limitation of the shipping service, we have to ship each package individually so each package has to pay for shipping separately.

We’ll send your orders within 3 business days and give you tracking numbers. 

Can i change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we work so quickly to ship you your order, it is not possible for us to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed. Depending on the item’s return policy, we are happy to accept the item(s) you have ordered once they have been received. 

Products on pinkstoreshop are available in very limited quantities for only a short period of time. As a marketplace, we have many suppliers and we are unable to substitute an item once the order is submitted.

Do you ship to international locations outside of the US?

We do not offer international shipping for now ! We will keep customers posted when there are any new updates. 

How can I track my shipment?

Once we have shipped out your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number. Click the tracking number to link to the order’s shipment status. However, the tracking link can take a few hours from the point of scanning in the package for it to update online. Then please wait for a bit to have your tracking number available. 

Can I get expedited shipping? 

At this time we don’t offer expedited service. We work as fast as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible, but can’t guarantee your items will arrive by a certain day because it depends on your address, the post office and other relevant factors.

I ordered the incorrect item(s). What do I do?

You can email us and request for a return claim. You can also read the  “Return Policy” in the Our Policies Section at the bottom right hand corner of our site. Once on this page you can follow up our instructions for the return process. Make sure and include your order number, item(s) that you’re requesting to return. Once this information is received we will contact you back by email with your return details and give you a FREE RETURN LABEL. 

Are the shipping times guaranteed?

When you add an item to your basket, we’ll ask you to choose a shipping speed. We’ll then let you know the estimated arrival date for your item – and that’s something we stand by. Sometimes bad weather or carrier delays can throw a spanner in the works, but if your order doesn’t get to you on time, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Why was my order canceled?

Every order is unique so reasons for cancellations and delays vary. We strive to keep merchandise status up-to-date but occasionally there are situations when an item may be out of stock and not evident until the fulfillment process. This can be due to damaged items, high order volume, etc.

Your order may have been canceled due to declined by our security verification system. They can be, but not limited to:

-Quantity of items ordered

-The address and telephone number you provided for your credit card account does not match what your bank has on file

-You are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address.

Can my order be delivered internationally?

International ordering through pinkstoreshop.com is currently unavailable while we work on enhancing the international ordering process. International ordering will be available soon. 

I never received a confirmation email for my order but I thought I placed it. What is the status of my order?

If you did not receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order that means we did not receive your order. Your payment more than likely was not accepted.

 What should I do if I never receive my order?

Please verify all of your shipping details were correct. If you find that your details were filled out incorrectly or need further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team with the order number and we’ll be happy to help.
